This notice covers the website, initial enquiries and introductory calls. If we start working together, the handling of your production footage, platform access and project files needs to be covered by our service arrangements.

02 / JUST LOOKING AROUNDBrowsing the website.

The font, graphics and animated editing examples are served with this website. The examples are original illustrations, not embedded YouTube or social-media players. The site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or a visitor-profile database.

Serving a webpage still involves a connection to a hosting service. That service may handle an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Technical delivery and security support the legitimate interest in running a reliable website.

Pointer and scroll effects are calculated in your browser. The site code does not send your pointer movements or scroll history to us. It does not ask for camera, microphone or location permission, and it does not make automated decisions about you.

03 / STARTING A CONVERSATIONEnquiries & video links.

Typing a video URL into the form does not upload the video. The button opens your email app with a draft containing the link. Nothing is sent automatically. Until you send that email, the website has not submitted the link to an NX.motions contact database.

Your email address, name if included, message, video URL and any other details you choose to send.

Sharing information is optional. We need a way to reply if you want an answer. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry, and only share footage or links you are entitled to provide.

04 / FIFTEEN MINUTES TO TALKBooking a call.

Booking buttons open Google Calendar in a new tab. Google handles the booking page and may ask for your name, email address and appointment details. Details you submit there can be used to arrange the call and communicate about it.

A service-related booking is processed to take the steps you request before a possible contract. You can use the options in your appointment email to manage a booking, where available, or contact us directly.

Google applies its own privacy practices to its services. Read the Google Privacy Policy ↗ for its processing, retention and privacy controls.

05 / ON YOUR DEVICECookies & preferences.

The site code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Animations start automatically when the website opens. Use “Pause motion” in the footer to stop motion on the current page, or the pause button in an individual style preview.

This choice applies to the current page and is not saved in browser storage. The website no longer reads or writes its earlier nx-motion animation preference. A value left by an older version is unused and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

External services you choose to open, and any private-preview sign-in layer, may set their own cookies. Their settings and notices apply to that activity.

06 / THE SERVICES INVOLVEDService providers.

Information you send by email passes through your email provider and our email mailbox. Bookings use Google Calendar. The website host handles the technical requests needed to serve the pages. People handling your enquiry may need access to the message or appointment details.

If you open a private preview hosted through ChatGPT Sites, its access layer may require ChatGPT sign-in. OpenAI handles that login and associated platform activity under its own notice. This website's code does not receive your password. See the OpenAI privacy policy ↗.

Providers such as Google and OpenAI operate internationally. Their linked notices explain processing locations, transfer safeguards, retention and the controls available to you. An external Instagram link also takes you to a separate service; no Instagram feed is embedded here.

07 / HOW LONG & WHYKeeping information.

This website has no form-submission database. Messages and appointment details you choose to send are handled in the relevant email and booking services.

The period relevant to an enquiry depends on answering it, any continuing discussion or business relationship, and any applicable legal or record-keeping obligation. Information needed for a legal claim may also need to be retained. You can contact us for the period that applies to your particular information, or ask for deletion where the law allows it.

The animation preference lasts until you clear it or your browser removes it. Retention of hosting, sign-in and provider security logs is governed by the relevant service's settings and privacy notice.

08 / YOU HAVE A SAYYour choices & rights.

Where the GDPR applies, you can ask to access or correct your personal data, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where its conditions apply. If a use relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email media@nxmotions.com with your request and enough context to find the information. We may need to confirm your identity proportionately. Please do not send an identity-document copy unless it is actually needed and a secure method has been agreed.

Rights have conditions and exceptions. The GDPR generally requires a response within one month; where the law allows an extension, you should be told why. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens ↗ or your local data-protection authority.
